Here is one of my favorite birthday practical jokes - email your friends tell them so and so is having a birthday and they should call your friend to wish them a Happy Birthday. Be sure to tell them a little bit about the birthday honoree. I've got crazy enough friends that they called the birthday person all day long. It was fairly obnoxious but pretty funny.
