One Way to Lose Your Lunch....
forgetting to buckle your saddlebags! Luckily my PB&J sandwich survived and didn't get lost on the trail though it looked more like a peanut butter & jelly roll after chasing cows. If you were only able to eat one type of sandwich for the rest of your life what would you pick?

Oh no, glad you saved it! I normally carry a PB&J as well, do not have to worry about keeping it cold. I also try and keep a granola bar or fruit and bottled water in there as well. That way if something does happen I have food and the horse has some as well.
BLT
Oooh, That's a tough one. Probably a grilled chicken with lettuce, tomato and mayo!
You would have to ask me that while I am sitting here waiting for my dinner to cook!! lol! ;) I would say it's a close tie between tuna and egg-salad. I just love egg-salad (but hated it as a kid.) And sometimes I literally crave tuna!
I usually take a power bar on the trails, but pb&j is great too, because it doesn't have to stay cold!
Italian from Subway or Quizno's, or one I made my self. I am a damn fine samwitch maker, I'll have you know! :)
PB&J!!! of course!!
Let's get specific: Skippy chunky pb on slabs of whole grain bread, stuck together with homemade raspberry jam.
Now I'm drooling.
Chicken Salad with lots of dill pickle and celery chopped up in it. On Multi-Grain bread. Yum!
